Senior Planner
A planner with at least 7 years of experience in a project management or a contracting environment. A degree in a construction or related subject and membership of a professional organisations such as the Chartered Institute of Building is advantageous.
Must have experience of project management software including MS Project, Power Project and Primavera P6. Able to work independently and to a high standard with a client focus.
The projects are varied and are in the UK and overseas, therefore the applicant should be able to travel and work in client offices as required.
Experience of preparing extension of time claims and responding to claims especially in a dispute environment would be an advantage.
Graduate Analyst
Applicant should have construction / project management related qualifications and an interest in planning and scheduling. Familiar with Gantt charts and critical path analysis and some knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
The analyst position requires the applicant to produce various programmes / schedules utilising standard industry software. Also review of programmes and schedules produced by others as part of the forensic analysis work and analysis and review of other supporting documents is required.
The analyst position can be full or part time to suit and there is some flexibility in working hours. Please contact us for more information.
Junior Planner
An enthusiastic individual that is interested in project planning as a career. Either studying for a construction related qualification or has recently qualified. Is familiar with Word and Excel and other Microsoft products. Knowledge of MS Project would be an advantage.
Based in Chelmsford or the surrounding area but with the ability to travel as required.
