TLT LLP
Ken is right at the top of our list as our ‘go to’ delay expert.  Most recently, we instructed Ken to assist in a complex delay claim valued at over £14m.  The circumstances of the claim were factually and technically complex, containing all of the usual issues inherent in a delay claim, with an added layer of procedural complexity caused by the insolvency of certain parties.  Ken provided invaluable and expert support in his delay analysis, meetings with other experts and advice to the client.  Ken’s command of detail, expert delay analysis, and also his rare ability to distal complex concepts into clear advice was invaluable in resolving the dispute.

This particular dispute involved the NEC contract and Mr Sheard's knowledge and experience of the mechanics of the contract and how it related to programming proved invaluable.
