Founded in 2014, Hunter Bayfield Ltd focuses on the provision of quality planning and programme analysis for both live projects and retrospective review on projects in the UK and overseas. The company works in conjunction with other like-minded individuals in the provision of this service.
We understand the importance of planning during all stages of a project and as such our services include programme and scheduling support, forensic programme analysis, project and programme monitoring, the preparation of reports for various dispute resolution forums and a wide range of specialist and advisory services.

Ken Sheard BSc, MSc
Ken is the managing director of Hunter Bayfield Limited having set the company up in 2014. He has a degree in construction management and an MSc in construction law and dispute resolution. After graduating he worked for several construction companies around London. He also has experience of working in local authority and for project management firms and specialist consultancies analysing time related claims all over the world.
Estelle Austin
Estelle Austin has a BA (Hons) in French and Italian and has spent considerable time both studying and working in both countries. She has worked in a number of different industries including Marketing, Media and most recently the Container Leasing industry. Estelle joined Hunter Bayfield in 2016 as Administration and Project Assistant bringing with her a wealth of experience to coordinate the accounts and manage the administration for the office.
