Appointed as an expert witness on a housing project dispute between the main contractor and their designer. Analysis was carried out to determine the delay to each plot and the knock-on impact, followed by a detailed investigation of the cause of each delay event. The matter was scheduled to be heard in the High Court and proceeded to mediation. Settlement was reached some weeks after mediation.
Expert witness on three adjudications between a main contractor and cladding contractor on an aerospace related project in the UK. This was an NEC contract where none of the submitted programmes were accepted. The disputes related to the assessment of compensation events and their impact on the planned completion date.
Programme analysis and development of reports for medical equipment supplier in dispute with a European hospital. The analysis involved the review of the progress of the building works prior to the planned equipment installation dates and the dates when the equipment was installed.
