Bradford House is a brand-new purpose-built accommodation housing up to 99 student about a ten-minute walk from the campus. The development has replaced an ageing, vacant office complex with an integral six-storey student accommodation to be used by the University of Creative Arts to expand the student accommodation offering in Epsom. Bradford House will also include 2,384 sq ft of Grade A office space and basement parking.
